New Delhi: Air India Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) Rohit Nandan has been given a three-month extension in his tenure with effect from today, an official press release said here today.
An official press release said the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) had also directed the Ministry of Civil Aviation to complete the process of selection of a new CMD in the menatime.
Mr Nandan, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1982 batch (Uttar Pradesh cadre), is on deputation to the national carrier.
