New Delhi: The Centre has allowed government officials to travel by private airlines to Jammu and Kashmir while availing themselves of Leave Travel Concession under the special dispensation scheme. The order will remain in force for a year.
The relaxation has been made subject to conditions that officers entitled to travel by air may also use private airlines from their headquarters and that those not entitled may be permitted to use private airlines between Delhi/Amritsar and any place in Jammu and Kashmir.
