In terms of cleanliness and sanitation on the premises, 55.6% said it was 'good', 14.5% rated it 'excellent', and 4.4% felt that these services were 'poor'.
Similarly, 67.2% passengers felt that the boarding facilities were 'good', but a mere 8.2% found them to be 'excellent'. About 2.5% felt that the boarding facilities were 'poor'.

According to the NCAER report, of the total number of survey participants, 37.6% were in the age group of 25–34 and 26.4% in the age group of 35–44, indicating that a maximum number, ie 64%, were aged between 25 and 44, the age group known for its high level of spending.
