Revealed! The world's best airport for customer service

The Airports Council International (ACI) has just announced its 2014 Airport Service Quality Awards - and in the largest category, over 40 million passengers per year, the Incheon International Airport in Seoul, South Korea, has been named the best for customer service.

 According to CNN, the ACI, a nonprofit organisation based in Montreal with 591 members operating 1,861 airports in 177 countries - surveyed 550,000 passengers prior to boarding their flights and asked them to rate their satisfaction with the airport that day.

 Seoul also came top in the 15 to 25 million passengers per year size, with the Gimpo International Airport, Seoul, South Korea, being named first.
The Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, India, was best in the 25 to 40 million passengers per year size, while the two to five million passengers top spot was taken by the Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
