Night-landing facility at Rajahmundry airport in Andhra Pradesh will be available by March-end, it was announced here on Wednesday.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu asked officials to focus on strengthening the existing infrastructure of airports, increasing air-traffic and suggested them to improve frequency of flights to Eastern countries from the state, especially from Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Tirupati.
Ahead of the launch of infrastructure mission in Visakhapatnam on March 13, he held a review meeting on the status of infrastructure and investments, said a statement from the Chief Minister’s Office.
