Air India executives leaking sensitive information prejudicial to the interests of the airline could face police action, Chairman Rohit Nandan warned on Thursday.
"Any communication by an Air India official with any outsider regarding operational/functional and financial matters of the company without authority shall be deemed to be a serious misdemeanour and action shall be taken against such employees under service regulation," Nandan wrote in a letter last month.
