AURANGABAD: Around 250gm of a yellow powder, suspected to be an explosive, was seized at the Chikalthana airport here on Tuesday night. The forensic report of the substance is awaited even as police quizzed three persons trying to send the powder through a courier agency.
The samples were put through three tests on Wednesday that indicated it could be TNT, an explosive substance, the police said, adding that the final reports from the lab were awaited. DCP (zone II) Arvind Chawria said the powder was meant to be couriered to Gurgaon on a passenger aircraft.
