Kozhikode: The Air Customs Intelligence today seized 3.200 kg gold from a passenger from Doha at Calicut International Airport near here.
Sources said sleuths seized the yellow metal from the baggage of Mohammed Sahir, native of Thalassery in Kannur district, who arrived by a Qatar airways flight this morning.
The gold was concealed in an emergency lamp, they added.
