Air India sets up panel to find Nandan’s successor

The government has set up a selection committee to find a successor to Air India’s chairman and managing director Rohit Nandan, whose extended term ends in August.
The committee is headed by cabinet secretary Pradeep Kumar Sinha and includes civil aviation secretary Rajeev Nayan Choubey and DoPT secretary Sanjay Kothari. “The search and selection committee has started looking at candidates and has also invited applications. We are not closing any options,” said officials.
