Chennai: Work had begun years ago but was disrupted by CMRL work Entering and exiting the Chennai airport may soon become easier for passengers and vehicles as the centre ramp in the airport will be open for public use shortly.Currently, when vehicles take the service road for the new domestic departure, they have to travel up to the international terminal and then exit the airport.If this ramp (located between the two departure terminals and leading to the exit gate) is opened, the traffic flow is likely to get better, officials said.
