Union Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju on Saturday assured action against the culprits behind the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel and Airport Authority of India (AAI) staffers’ scuffle, which led to the death of a CISF head constable.
“It is a serious issue, the culprits will be surely held responsible,” said Raju.
The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) had on Thursday confirmed that full normalcy has been restored to the Calicut International Airport after an altercation between Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel and Airport Authority of India (AAI) staffers on duty turned violent.
