‘CISF jawan’s hand injured in firing’

Kozhikode: The initial inference is that CISF CI Seetharam Chaudhury’s hand got injured in the shooting that took place at Karipur airport on Wednesday night.

The finding is that the bullet from CI Seetharam Chaudhary’s gun pierced through his left hand and then through the late jawan S S Yadav’a jaw bone before piercing into his skull.

Chaudhary is under treatment in hospital with severe injuries. It has been confirmed that he has bullet injury in his left hand.
Meanwhile, it is concluded that Chaudhary didn’t deliberately opened fire and he accidently pulled the trigger when he took out his gun for self defence in the melee.
