Mangaluru: Officials of Customs at Mangalore International Airport at Kenjar near here on Monday seized 464.80 grams of gold in the form of silver colour paint coated suitcase handle, buckle holders and round button shaped objects.
N Udaya Shankaran, assistant commissioner of customs said Ubaid Bare Hassainar; resident of Mangad in Kasargod district brought the above gold by way of concealment when he arrived at MIA by Jet Airways flight 9W501 from Abu Dhabi.
