Chennai: Despite a submarine and a hydrographic survey vessel detecting signals during their search, which were “presumably” from Coast Guard’s Dornier CG 791, scientists from NIOT on board ORV Sagar Nidhi could not get confirmatory signals from the beacon of the missing aircraft, a senior Coast Guard official said on Wednesday.
