Thiruvananthapuram: Two Sri Lankan nationals, both men aged above 50, were apprehended by Customs officials at the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport while attempting to smuggle 400 gm of gold which was hidden in their mouths.
According to Customs officials, both the men, who reached here this morning on a Sri Lankan Airways flight from Colombo, were held after their behaviour appeared suspicious.
