Vistara begins Bengaluru services

Vistara continues to expand its Indian domestic network with the addition of services to Bengaluru (BLR) on 16 June. On that day the airline began daily flights from both Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM), both of which are already very well served by other carriers. The 1,708-kilometre route to Delhi is already served by IndiGo (70 weekly flights), Jet Airways (49), Air India (34), SpiceJet (22), JetKonnect (21), AirAsia India (14) and GoAir (14). The shorter 834-kilometre route to Mumbai is already served by IndiGo (76 weekly flights), Jet Airways (61), GoAir (28), Air India (27), SpiceJet (14) and JetKonnect (7). Bengaluru becomes the airline’s 10th destination to be served this June across a network which now offers 237 weekly frequencies.
