Mangaluru: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) will offer Wi-Fi facility at Mangalore International Airport, according to GR Ravi, General Manager, Dakshina Kannada Telecom District of BSNL.
Addressing presspersons in Mangaluru on Monday, he said BSNL will provide Wi-Fi coverage with multiple hotspots at select locations in the district. This facility will soon be extended to Mangalore International Airport. The hotspot will allow users ultra-speed broadband internet connectivity, he said.
On the other plans of BSNL in the district, Ravi said plans are afoot to install ‘Next Generation Network’ telephone exchanges at eight locations in the district.
