RAIPUR: A United Bangladesh fight, with 173 people on board, made an emergency landing at Raipur on Friday evening following failure of one its engines.
According to officials, the flight, which was flying from Dhaka to Muskat, developed an engine snag, forcing the plane to divert and land at Raipur. The emergency landing was safe and no injuries of any sorts were reported to those on board. Officials said the plane landed at 7 PM amidst the entire airport being placed on alert.
