If there is love in the air, why not CrewMe?

There will be love in the air, promises CrewMe — the mobile app for pilots and crew members in transit.

CrewMe has been developed by a pilot himself — for fellow pilots and crew members who feel lonely and jet-lagged, especially on long-distance trips. CrewMe works much like any mobile dating app. It allows you to search for a match in a certain radius.

Swipe left, if you're not interested. Swipe right, if you're. When two members swipe right, we have a match.
Members connect through their nicknames and the airlines they work for. The app gives you the member profile and provides live information about whether the member you are interested in is on a long-haul flight or on a layover. It will send an alert when the member is geographically close again.

“Don't waste your time in transit!” CrewMe advises airline staff. Then it tells us: “Our mobile app will revolutionalize airline crew's lifestyle!

That seems to be true. There is already a buzz among airline community members on social media over CrewMe. The only complaint so far against the app is that, at times, it gives some technical glitches.
