Man creates ruckus in flight, arrested

Jaipur: A 24-year-old passenger on board an international flight from Muscat to Jaipur created ruckus in the flight allegedly under inebriated condition. Reportedly, he misbehaved with the crew members and co-passengers. After the flight landed in Jaipur on Monday morning he was handed over to the police and sent to jail for disturbing peace.
According to police, the accused identified as Ganesh is a native of Jhunjhunu and had some liquid after the aircraft took off from Muscat at 1.30 am. "After having the liquid, which co-passengers suspected was liquor, the accused started screaming in abusive language," said a passenger in the flight while talking to TOI on Monday.
He was requested by the air hostess not to make noise. However, all attempts to calm him down were in vain. "The authorities further stated that whenever anyone from the crew or passengers asked him to relax and sit back on his seat the man got annoyed and even manhandled the crew members and co-passengers," said a senior police officer of Sanganer police station.
