Mr. K. Rustumji has resigned as Director of the Company with immediate effect and Mr. B. R. Taneja has resigned as Director of the Company with effect from August 15, 2015.
Mrs. Preeti Taneja has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from August 14, 2015 and Mr. Raj K. Sureka has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from August 14, 2015.
