Dharmashala: Air India flight connecting Delhi and Dharamshala was grounded after its rear tyre deflated at the Kangra airport some time after landing. Passengers were about to board the airplane but authorities decided to ground the airplane and diverted the passengers to other linking airports Amritsar and Chandigarh.
