Flight schedule unlikely to be hit

Chandigarh: The arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the city on September 11 is not likely to affect the domestic flights here, according to the local airport authorities.
The PM is expected to arrive in the city at 9.40 am. Though there are no flights scheduled between 8.55 am and 10.45 am, the authorities have asked various airlines operating from the domestic airport to intimate the passengers to come well before time. The flights scheduled between 1.20 pm and 2.50 pm may get disrupted for about 25 minutes subject to the departure of the PM from the city. Three Mumbai and Srinagar-bound flights operate from here during this time.
