Bengaluru: Gokul Macheri, 33, whose arrest for making a hoax bomb call to Kempegowda International Airport earlier this month ended up revealing that he had bludgeoned his wife to death, reportedly disposed of the idol used to commit the crime.
Gokul allegedly hit his inebriated wife Anuradha on her head with a Ganesha idol on July 28 and later sold the idol to an acquaintance, according to HSR Layout police investigating the murder.
