Hong Kong: Six Indians including a 16-year-old who landed at Hong Kong International Airport and who were refused permission to land have filed claims for non-refoulement, the Immigration Department said.
The six passengers, aged 16 to 34, arrived Hong Kong from Delhi, India, on the same flight yesterday.
They claimed to be traveling alone and not known to each other.
All were refused permission to land, the department said.
Five of them lodged claims for non-refoulement through the same legal representative, while the remaining passenger did so through another legal representative. All these non-refoulement claims are being processed, the department said.
