Mumbai: The Bombay high court on Friday appointed a committee to be headed by a retired HC judge to look into allegations of violations of building and height regulations around the Juhu aerodrome and the domestic airport at Santacruz.
The order by a bench of Justices V M Kanade and Shalini Phansalkar Joshi was in a PIL filed by activist Yeshwant Shenoy.
