Kozhikode: The Calicut Chamber of Commerce said on Tuesday that its team of office-bearers met Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in the city and discussed about the Calicut International Airport at Karipur and sought his intervention in developing it.
In a press release, chamber secretary Abdulla Maliyekal said the Chief Minister had assured the team that after the local body elections, efforts would be made to solve the problems at the airport.
