Surat: Now, a short film has been made to spread awareness among residents to make maximum use of Airbus 320 to travel to domestic and international destinations.
The short documentary is made by We Want Working Airport at Surat (WWWAS), a group fighting for better air connectivity from Surat.
Directed by Gujarati music director Mehul Surti, the film will be screened in multiplexes and cinema halls across the city to encourage Surti travellers to opt for Airbus 320 for their domestic and international travel.
On October 1, Air India commenced its Airbus 320 flight's evening operations between Delhi and Surat. The 168-seater aircraft has an average of 110 daily passengers travelling to and fro between Surat and Delhi. AI also operates a small aircraft during the morning hours between Delhi and Surat.
