Mumbai: A PIL in the Bombay High Court has sought a direction to the Centre and other authorities to take action against self-styled godwoman Sukhvinder Kaur alias Radhe Maa for carrying a trident (trishul) in her hand while boarding a flight by an airlines from Aurangabad to Mumbai on August 9.
The PIL, filed by social worker, Ramesh Joshi, claimed that Radhe Maa had flouted civil aviation rules by carrying a trident in her hand.
The petition is slated to come up for hearing before Justices VM Kanade and Anuja Prabhudessai on October 16.
