Trichy: Passengers at the Trichy airport were welcomed by a monkey on Saturday evening. The monkey, that is believed to have come from a nearby village, ran through the terminal making the passengers run for safety.
The CISF and ground handling agencies had a tough time trying to drive it out. The monkey entered the terminal through the roof and was seen running around, trying to grab objects on the way, startling passengers. After half an hour, it went out the same way it came in.
