New Delhi: Customs officials have recovered more than 10 kg gold recently from two passengers at the Delhi airport who were trying to smuggle in the precious metal concealed in their clothing.
Both the passengers are Kazakh nationals and were travelling from Almaty in Kazakhstan to Delhi in Air Astana flights. Customs officials arrested one passenger on December 23 and the other on December 25 at Delhi's IGIA.
