Mumbai: Eleven Air India (AI) Express passengers created a ruckus at Mumbai airport on Friday as the airline combined two flights, thereby offloading these flyers. The airline combined its 10.15am Mumbai-Kochi flight (IX 204) and its 12.40pm Mumbai-Thiruvananthapuram flight (IX 205) into one that would depart at noon from Mumbai to Thiruvananthapuram and then to Kochi.
"In all, 11 passengers were left out," said a source, adding that the airli ne had not informed these passengers about the changes.They created a ruckus when they learnt that they had been offloaded," said the source.
