SURAT : The Surat-bound Air India (AI) flight from Delhi was delayed due to the technical snag during take off.
The Air Bus 320 with more than 150 passengers coming towards Surat was halted on the Delhi airport. All the passengers were safe. Sources in AI said that the pilot noticed some problem with the AI 489 aircraft before take off.
The flight's take off was delayed by more than two hours at the Delhi airport. The flight arrived at Surat airport at 9:35 pm.
"The Airbus 320 bound to Surat faced some technical snag. The fault was detected and repaired and that the flight left for Surat at 8:00 pm. The flight was delayed by more than two hours," said AI officer at Surat airport.
