Chennai: Two Iranian nationals have been arrested at the airport here for trying to fly to London allegedly on fake passports, officials said today.
The two accused- a man and a woman aged 25 and 35 respectively --were detained late last night when they arrived to board a London-bound flight of a private alirline, police and Immigration officials said.
The duo had come here from Goa and were found in possession of 'fake' Israeli passports, officials said adding they were subsequently detained.
