Mumbai: Air India, in collaboration with Tourism Australia will offer exciting fares to travel enthusiasts for the upcoming holiday season. The special offer, starting from INR 62,000, will be promoted on varied print, digital and out of home platforms and will run from January 15-February 14, 2016 for travel from February 17-September 30 2016, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The daily, non-stop service operated by a Dreamliner Boeing 787 between New Delhi and the Australian cities of Sydney and Melbourne, provides a boost to the aviation capacity between India and Australia by up to 93,400 seats (on an annualised basis). For the year 2015, Air India recorded a 12% market share for air traffic from India into Australia.
