Mumabi: Neither the anti-terrorism squad of the state police nor the Mumbai police have so far been able to get any information about recent reported sightings of parachutes and paragliders.
Last week, an Air India passenger had reported that he spotted three triangular flying objects near the Mumbai airport. Besides, an Air India pilot had reported similar incidents of having spotted paragliders a few nautical miles near Mumbai. On Thursday, there were reports of few parachutes in the air.
The police said that the anti terrorism squad and port zone officials had done a thorough check across the city and around but found nothing.
