Aviation expo to be held from March 16

Hyderabad: The International Exhibition and Conference on Civil Aviation, colloquially known to the common man as ‘Air Show’, is being organised after two years at Begumpet Airport starting March 16.
The fifth edition of the exhibition is being organised this year with an expected participation of 200 exhibitors and about 30 aircraft. The five-day programme will also feature an aerobatic flying display, which is a big crowd-puller at the event. Organisers Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry has roped in pilot Mark Jefferies and his team to perform twice on all days of the event.

“This time, Mark’s team of four pilots and planes will be flying. It promises to be more interesting than previous years when only two aircraft were used for performances,” said one of the organisers.
