District Collector P. Bala Kiran and Kannur International Airport Ltd. managing director G. Chandramouli will visit the houses near the airport project site for examining the reported damage caused by blasting at the construction site.
This was decided at a meeting chaired by the Collector following complaints of damages to property in the Mattannur municipality and the Keezhallur panchayat close to the airport site. Several houses in the area were said to have suffered damages in the blasting by the construction company.
