Bhopal : Air India (AI), on Saturday, apologised to Rajya Sabha MP and Samajwadi Party leader Chaudhary Munawwar Saleem and other air passengers for the undesirable experience during his travel.
On Friday, air passengers including Munnawer Saleem were served stale food on Delhi-Bhopal AI-435 flight. Saleem had lodged a complaint with the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Culture and Tourism and Civil Aviation Mahesh Sharma and with Air India CMD Ashwani Lohani. Other passengers had created a ruckus as protest but male crew members allegedly misbehaved with the passengers. Samajwadi leader showed the food packets to media at Bhopal Airport after he arrived.
