Man's body flown from Saudi Arabia

Jaipur: The body of a 38-year-old man belonging to Nagaur's Merta town was finally flown to India, more than one-and-a-half months after he died in Saudi Arabia.
His family members back home were relieved as they had been running from pillar to post to get the body flown to India. The distraught family members had approached the local MLA, MP, district administration officials and even officials at the ministry of external affairs, pleading that the body be brought to India, so that they could cremate it with rituals.
The man, Jabar Chand, was working as a barber at a village named Mahil in Saudi Arabia for the past seven years, according to his brother Manak Chand. "His employer, who is also from Rajasthan, called us saying that he died of a heart attack. His body was found in his room," said the brother.
