Chennai: AirAsia, a low-cost airline, has signed up as official airline partner for the feature film Kabali, starring superstar Rajinikanth, according to a press release.
With the movie script requiring an airline to be featured in the film, AirAsia aircraft was used in a few sequences, said a spokesperson for AirAsia India.
AirAsia will have customised in-flight menu to promote the movie and sell Kabali-themed in-flight merchandise. A couple of other promotions are being planned around the release of the movie, she said.
