Bengaluru: Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) on Monday told the High Court of Karnataka that it has already taken all possible measures under the Aircraft Act and other laws for the safety and security of inhabitants of densely populated areas surrounding the HAL airport in the city.
There is no danger for population in and around the airport, counsel for HAL submitted before a Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Subhro Kamal Mukherjee and Justice Ravi Malimath. The Bench disposed of the PIL petition.
