New Delhi: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has apprehended two baggage loaders at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) here for stealing $2,300 from the check-in-baggage of a passenger.
Around 2 a.m. on Thursday, Navdeep Kaur, who had come from Frankfurt, told the CISF about 2,300 US dollars missing from her check-in-baggage. “She said she had boarded with the baggage containing the cash, but that the bag was shifted to the aircraft’s baggage hold area,” he said.
