Ahmedabad: A Jaipur-bound couple on Monday evening created ruckus at domestic terminal of city airport after they were not allowed to board an IndiGo flight as they had arrived late. The couple also filed a complaint with the terminal manager of the domestic terminal.
Jaipur-based Anil and Pooja Jain were scheduled to take IndiGo's 6E-237 Ahmedabad-Jaipur flight on Monday evening. The flight was supposed to take off at 6.40pm and Jains had arrived at 5.50pm at the counter of airline.
"The lady at the counter was in the process of issuing us boarding passes when she was stopped by a senior airline official. He said that we are late by 2 minutes hence won't be allowed to board. However, three persons who came after us were allowed to board," said Anil Jain.
