Underprivileged kids to get their 1st flight experience

oimbatore: As many as 51 underprivileged children from a home in Coimbatore might be experiencing their first ever flight travel in the next few days.
Air Carnival, a Coimbatore-based airlines, that has planned to start its operations by this month end, has announced that they would take the children from Sadhguru Sevasram free of cost on the launch day of the flight services from Coimbatore - Chennai and Coimbtore to Madurai. The joy trip for the children has been planned in association with Lions Club International.
"We are also planning to provide clothes free of cost for all the children who would be taken on the flight,'' said Suresh Kumar, governor of Lions Club International District 324B1.
Air Carnival's authorities said that their first aircraft, an ATR 72 - 500 has arrived at Coimbatore and the flight services will commence shortly.
