Ahmedabad: Around 100 passengers travelling on the Dubai-Ahmedabad SpiceJet flight that arrived here on Friday found, after arriving, that about 200 luggage bags had been offloaded in Dubai. The passengers claimed the airlines did not inform them before offloading their baggage. SpiceJet officials have assured them that the baggage stuck in Dubai would be delivered to city airport by Sunday. One of the passengers, Vijay Chaudhari, a tour operator from Dubai, said that he has planned a trip across India, but as his baggage was stuck, he is now unsure about his agenda. "The airline officials did not inform any of us in Dubai that they are offloading the baggage. When we reached here on Friday, we were told that our baggage was not carried in the same flight due to weight restrictions. Even that information reached us well after an hour had passed from arriving in Ahmedabad," said Chaudhari.
