The Old Students’ Association of the City High School jointly with the Forum for Ganjam and the Rotary Club felicitated Harinarayana here on Sunday.
He advised various organisations to work for development of the city.
He informed that he had a discussion with the Chief Secretary suggesting him to extend the Rangeilunda Airport runway to 2,250 metre. For the development of the area, cargo flights should be handled, he added.
Harinarayana also said employment can be generated when a new airport is established.
