Srinagar: Accusing Jet Airlines for ignoring their plights, the passengers who were travelling from Jammu to Srinagar on Thursday said that the airline authorities failed to board their luggage’s thereby leaving the passengers to suffer.
Imdad Saaqi, a passenger who was travelling from Jammu to Srinagar said that their belongings were not boarded by the authorities and asked them that their luggage will be delivered to their homes.
“All the passengers who were boarding in the airlines have been asked the same. We have been left to face hardships by the airline officials. Following the incident, we tried to approach the higher ups in this regard but unfortunately, they also don’t pay heed over the issue,” he said.
