British Airways to partner FDCI for India Fashion Week 2016

As one of the world's leading global premium airlines, British Airways has always been synonymous with style and sophistication. The international carrier is now proud to announce its partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) for the much-awaited fashion showcase - India Fashion Week 2016 which begins from October 12 - October 16, 2016. British Airways will be the prime sponsors for one of the fashion shows to be held on October 12, 2016 at NSIC Grounds, New Delhi. British Airways has a long standing history in India and has been flying for more than 90 years.

The airline has always exhibited some of the most fashionable cabin crew uniforms that took to the skies since the 1940s. The uniforms over the past 80 years have been created by British Airways' in-house design teams in collaboration with distinguished fashion designers such as Julien MacDonald, Paul Costello and Roland Klein, resonating with its brand value and cultural diversity through every era in fashion.
