The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) detained an American citizen on Tuesday at Udaipur airport for carrying a satellite phone, banned in India. He was taken to the Dabok police station for interrogation and later released. Robert Foreman was about to board a flight to Mumbai on Tuesday noon but the CISF officials caught him with a satellite phone.
